Yoga with Ant - A fantastic experience 

' I just attended my first Yoga class with Ant and had to come on here and say what a fantastic experience I had. Ant himself is knowledgable, non judgemental and has a calm and gentle demeanour which creates a lovely atmosphere in class. Joining a yoga class can feel very intimidating but Ant has created a safe and supportive space and put me at ease straight away. The dynamic flow class offered a good balance for me in terms of stretching, breath work and strengthening exercises and I really liked the touch of ending on a positive note and gratitude. Thanks for great class, I cant wait for the next :)'
