Over the course of 4 weeks I will guide you step by step to completing your first full Yoga class from the comfort of your own home. This course is designed to help you understand why Yoga is a powerful tool to help with your flexibility goals and how the different elements of a Yoga class can assist you. This course can be completed in as little as an hour a week and by the end of the course I guarantee you will feel more flexible within your body and ALSO your mind and more open to future possibilities.
